Preview: World music at The Pound
Polish quartet Stela will begin a South West tour when they perform at The Pound tonight at 7.30pm.
Stela’s four talented multi-instrumentalists perform beautiful original music inspired by the traditional sounds of Poland.
In contrast, next Saturday at 7.30pm Asian Music Circuit will present From Bansuri to Beatbox, an exciting collaboration between two fantastic flautists, Grammy nominee and India’s ace flautist Ronu Majumdar and Nathan “Flutebox” Lee.
