St Michael's Pre-School raised about £500 from a nativity event.
An audience of 130 people visited Hilperton Village Hall, in Whaddon Lane, for festive fun.
Parents and grandparents donated money, while a raffle had prizes given by local businesses.
Sonja Kotevska, of the pre-school, said: “I want to say a huge thank you to everybody who supported us in making the event a great success.
“I’d also like to say thank you to all the local businesses and firms who were phenomenal to us, despite the difficult economic climate.”
Trowbridge’s Wilkinson store, in the Castle Place shopping centre, donated three prizes and gave 50 selection boxes to the pupils.
James Gray, Wilkinson assistant manager, said: “We have a Helping Hands budget, which allows us to support local schools and good causes.
“St Michael’s Pre-School wrote to us, asking for assistance, and we were pleased to help them.”
Money raised will go towards equipment and trips for pupils.
