CHIPPENHAM Town's directors have confirmed they have delayed a decision on the future of manager Darren Perrin.
He remains suspended on full pay while the directors seek legal advice.
In a short statement issued last night by club secretary Chris Blake, the club said: "The full board met at 4.30 pm this afternoon.
"Adie Mings has been asked to continue in his role as caretaker manager.
Darren Perrin at this time remains suspended on full pay."
Perrin was suspended by the club last week after a run of poor results culminated in a 5-0 defeat at Banbury.
Mings will again be in charge when Chippenham travel to play Merthyr Tydfil on Saturday.
