RUH’s great staff
I recently had the misfortune to fracture my hip and was admitted to RUH. From the time the ambulance arrived I was treated with care and consideration, quickly dealt with in casualty and once on the ward could not have been given more care.
Unfortunately we only hear of bad experiences in the NHS. As far as I am concerned the staff at the RUH are first class.
