A 74-year-old man that fell into a canal in Bradford on Avon on Thursday, November 21, has suffered a nose injury and breathing problems but is otherwise unharmed.
Police, fire and ambulance services were all called to the River Avon by John Rennie Close at 11.47am after the pensioner had slipped and fallen into the knee deep water, where he was later rescued.
He was then taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath by the ambulance services.
