DOES Trowbridge Sainsbury’s ever bother to listen to the requirements of their customers? If you do, then why have you taken away the cats’ food donation bin? My neighbour happily donates food, as being very elderly, would not own another pet, but likes to think she is doing something to help feed homeless cats. These donations are urgently needed in this weather. What next? Are you going to take away the homeless people’s food donation area too?
My children would be only too happy to add another cat to the family zoo, but we placate them by donating to the Cats Trust food bin at Trowbridge Sainsbury’s.... only now, for some reason not given, it has been taken away from the area where it resides. Cat food bought from Sainsbury’s, a win win situation, why turn away business?
We hope it will be returned. Perhaps I should shop where the requirements of the customer will be appreciated, in a place where I can park and shop.
