TWO teenagers are in custody in Melksham this morning after being arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply of cannabis last night.
At around 8.50pm on Thursday night, two special constables were carrying out speed checks in Staverton when they stopped a Volkswagen Polo.

Cash was also found in the vehicle and the man was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and possession with intent to supply.
His 17-year-old passenger from Westbury made off from the scene but was detained nearby and handed a bag of cannabis to police. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and possession with intent to supply.
Both teenagers remain in custody at Melksham this morning and enquiries continue.
