WHEN we hear so much criticism of the NHS and hospitals these days, I wish to express my gratitude to all paramedics and staff including attendants, nurses, doctors and consultants at the NHS and Royal United Hospital, Bath.
I was taken to A&E during the evening of Monday, February 6, and was released on Friday, February 10, during which time I had a thorough health check including chest X-ray and two scans.
When I was diagnosed as having gallstones, an appointment was made to have them removed in outpatients on Monday, February 27.
I think all concerned deserve recognition.
