Warminster got pedalling at the 10th annual Warminster Wobble cycle festival which took place at the weekend.

Taking place during national bike week, the event in Warminster Park is known as the largest bike festival in Wiltshire, and offers rides up to 40 miles long.

Entertainment such as BMX displays, turbo challenge races and a graffiti wall were on offer on Saturday, followed by a choice of on and off-road bike rides of a range of distances for all abilities on Sunday.

Organiser Colin French said: “I was very pleased with how well whole event went, it was good fun.

“We saw lots of families take part all weekend which was great.

“We had about 70 people including families take part in our 10-mile bike ride on the Sunday.

“It is lovely to have held the weekend in the wonderful Warminster town park with all it’s new facilities.”

Funded by Warminster Town Council, the festival is always free for anyone to come down and join in with the fun.
