A LUCKY shopper has walked away with a sackful of gifts after winning the Wiltshire Times Win your Wish List reader competition.
Kay Gerken, 63 of Paxcroft Mead, was able to choose £250 worth of goodies from stores in The Shires shopping centre after collecting coupons published in the paper for three weeks. She picked out a pair of earrings, ladies trainers, boy’s Vans shoes, a Christmas jumper and a Body Shop gift set.
Mrs Gerken said: “My grandson Jake will be so thrilled with his Vans, and I think I will wear the jumper on Christmas Day. The trainers are my size but also my daughter’s so they could always be a gift. I am so pleased with the earrings.
“I was so excited to find out I had won, you never expect to win. It is especially lovely to win something around Christmas time and the whole family can benefit.”
Mrs Gerken and her husband Tom will be spending Christmas with their children and grandchildren.
