GreenSquare want to find out what local people think about plans to regenerate the empty building in Marden Court by turning it into apartments.
Initial plans propose converting the former sheltered housing property into 16 new apartments, improving the area and providing much needed housing.
Jo Curson, head of development at GreenSquare said: “Our plans are still in the very early stages, but we are keen to bring this building back in to use.
"The consultation is a great opportunity for Calne residents to meet some of our team and find out more about the plans.
“We also want hear their feedback about the project and any questions they may have.”
The drop-in consultation session will take place on Thursday January 24 at the Corn Exchange, Calne Town Hall from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.
Following the public consultation, GreenSquare intends to submit a planning application within the next month.
