A DOUBLE-fronted shop at 14-16 Edward Street, Westbury, which houses the Westbury Lions Community Bookshop, has been sold at auction in Hampshire.
The property, on a 999-year lease and guided at £50,000-plus, was among 138 lots being sold by regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson of Fareham.
A buyer paid close to the guide price of £50,000-plus.
