PUPILS at Stonar School near Melksham are holding a charity technology trivia hunt around the grounds in aid of the Sumatran Orangutan Society.

It takes place today (Friday May 24) from 2pm onwards.

The SOS charity was set up to help conserve the endangered orangutan population of Sumatra and is the school's chosen charity of the year after pupils campaigned against effects of deforestation in the human desire for palm oil.

The event will see children compete to answer as many of the trivia clues as possible, with family and friends sponsoring them to complete as many correct answers as possible.
