MEMBERS of the Trowbridge and West Wiltshire Royal Air Forces Association took a minibus trip to Oakham Treasures, a farming and retail museum.
The collection of historical artefacts brought back many happy memory of past days for the group.
A spokesman from from the group said: "With a little time to spare at the end of the day, our driver gave us a lovely tour of the countryside through Cheddar Gorge on the way home and a good time was had by all.
"Our branch is always pleased to welcome new members, we have an active social calendar which complements our fund raising for the Royal Air Forces Association Wings Appeal. Anyone can join, so if you are interested then please come along to one of our monthly meetings which are held at Lovemead House, Trowbridge on the third Tuesday of every month starting at 7.30 pm."
