A COLLECTION of travel agents have been honoured with the prestigious Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Award.

Co-operative Travel, which has a branch in Warminster, Melksham and Swindon, scooped the Central England Large Agency award for the seventh consecutive year.

The ceremony, hosted by comedian Joel Dommett, was held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel in London.

Natalie Turner, Head of Branches for Co-operative Travel, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been named Central England Large Agency of the Year for the seventh year running.

“The competition in this category was fierce and to have been voted the winner by our tour operator partners and suppliers makes us extremely proud.

“We have a team of highly talented agents in our 58 stores, who dedicate themselves to delivering the very best service to our customers, and this award is testament to their passion and expertise.”

The award, sponsored by publication Travel Weekly, is voted on by suppliers in the travel industry and is considered one of the highest honours for individual agents and larger agencies.
