MEMBERS of the Holt Dramatic Society are hoping that they have an audience for their shows next week despite the posters they put up through the village mysteriously going missing.
The group who will be performing Ladies in Lavender in Holt Village Hall on Thursday October 31, Friday November 1 and Saturday November 2 are worried about their turn out.
The signs along the main road in Holt were put up around a month ago, but 10 days ago members noticed that they had been removed, but are hoping people still come to the performance.
The play is a story of of regret, loss and coming to terms with ageing between the wars, with the looming prospect of the Second World War.
The two main characters are elderly spinster sisters, living quietly in a Cornish village.
Tickets are now on sale from Holt Superstore at £10 or £8 for concessions.
