AN enforcement notice against a property owner in Atworth is likely to be re-served.
Wiltshire Council withdrew the notice against Gary Gale-Sides on a technicality but plans to issue it again.
After the notice was withdrawn, planning inspectors in Bristol cancelled an appeal against the notice.
The appeal relates to the removal of a contained placed on land at 194a Bath Road, Atworth. Mr Gale had placed a container on the property without obtaining planning permission.
The agency said: "The Planning Inspectorate have cancelled the appeal due to the withdrawal of the enforcement notice. As such, no further action will be taken regarding this appeal enforcement case."
Wiltshire Council said: "The withdrawal is on a technicality. We are likely to amend and re-serve." It is not known when the enforcement notice will be re-served.
