THE Three Horseshoes Walk can boast 100 per cent occupancy following the arrival of Hays Travel in the Warminster shopping centre.

The UK's largest independent travel agent opened a new branch in the former Thomas Cook unit.

Peter Ruscoe, centre manager, said: "We are delighted to welcome Hays Travel.

"Not only is it a huge boost for the shopping centre but I'm sure the people of Warminster will be pleased to see a travel agency back here in the mall.

"Their opening follows shortly after retailers The Works and Holland & Barrett opened and the relocation of Specsavers from the High Street into Three Horseshoes Walk.

“These lettings show there is still positivity in the market and for landlord NewRiver to secure these popular brands on long-term leases is very encouraging and signals confidence in the shopping centre."

“There is a real diversity of brands in Three Horseshoes Walk and these latest arrivals complement existing stores such as WH Smith and the Post Office, Costa Coffee, Iceland, Superdrug, Greggs and Peacocks.”

Originally established in the north east, Hays Travel now employs around 1,700 people with more than 180 retail shops across the UK.

The Warminster branch is open from 9am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday but will also open on Wednesday in due course.
