A MINIBUS company in Warminster has appealed against Wiltshire Council's refusal to allow it to build eight new homes.
A&G Minibuses, of Paddock Wood, Bradley Road, Warminster, applied for outline planning permission to demolish commercial buildings and build the new homes.
Wiltshire Council refused to approve the scheme because it is outside the settlement boundary of Warminster and Mr Allan Robinson, director of A&G Minibuses has now appealed.
