STRONG winds on Sunday saw Wilton Windmill back in action milling flour.
Three different households took it in shifts to man the mill, the shepherd’s hut and the granary to keep distanced. At 199 years old, it is still operating and produces stone-ground, wholemeal flour. This batch is available at Cobbs Farm Shop and Great Bedwyn Post Office.
