A BATH firm has launched an appeal after its bid to build two houses in Devizes was refused.
G A Construction Bath Ltd is appealing a Wiltshire Council decision to reject plans to demolish the existing home and build on 17 West View Crescent.
The planning officer wrote that the demolition and construction would cause significant harm to the character of the street.
Planning Inspector, Pauline Dun will handle the appeal and comments must be in by Tuesday, December 22.
