The number of recorded coronavirus cases in Wiltshire increased by 1,800 over the last seven days.

Public Health England figures show that 10,310 Wiltshire residents have tested positive for Covid-19 by 4pm on Sunday (January 10) in Wiltshire.

This is an increase of 1,800 since last week and puts the county’s infection rates per 100,000 at 360.

Last Tuesday, Wiltshire’s seven-day infection rate stood at 245 per 100,000 – which, at the time, was the highest the figure had been since the beginning of the pandemic.
