THREE more staff have been appointed by Warminster Town Council to help keep its streets and parks clean and tidy.
The council has appointed two more employees to look after the town's parks and recreational open spaces and a street cleaner.
The council has taken on services under asset transfers from Wiltshire Council.
The appointments will be reported to Warminster Town Council's parks and recreation committee meeting on Monday.
Councillors will also be asked to approve plans to use alternatives to pesticides in the town's Lake Pleasure Grounds.
The council's climate change declaration and pesticide policy aims to stop using pesticides by phasing them out and finding suitable alternatives.
The council will trial manual weeding, mulching, annual flower mix planting and the use of vinegar and acid-based solutions.
