THREE roads in Melksham will temporarily close next week for road works.
From October 18, three roads in Melksham will be closed so Wiltshire Council can carry out urgent carriageway resurfacing, ironwork adjustment, road markings and associated maintenance.
The closure will be required for a maximum of five days and impacts the following roads:
- Granville Road, Melksham; from its junction with A350 to its junction with Riverside Drive.
- Portman Road, Melksham; from its junction with Granville Road to its junction with Riverside Drive.
- Riverside Drive, Melksham; for its entirety.

No alternative route is available but it is said that access will be maintained for residents and businesses.
