A GRADE-II listed building in Marlborough - which was previously a restaurant - is up for sale.
The property seller Graham and Sibbald describe the building, previously a Prezzo, ass an "attractive mid-terrace Grade II Listed Building".
It sits on the north side of Marlborough’s high street, at number 99.
Inside the building there are first-floor offices which can be refurbished, and outside there is also space for parking and loading, according to the listing.
Some residents have called for it to remain a restaurant in the town.
Graham and Sibbald has said it would also be suitable as a bar.
The news was announced that the restaurant would close down in March last year.
It was one of 22 that closed across the country, including one in Swindon.
