Zoopla Research has saved you a job by listing the cheapest postcodes in the county which are accurate as of October 2022.

The researchers have outlined the most affordable postcodes, breaking them down by the median asking price for each.

The data reveals that the SP2 area, which covers Salisbury, is the cheapest area to live with properties around £301,500 asking price.

Here are the cheapest postcodes in Wiltshire, according to Zoopla Research.

The out codes are listed alongside the median asking price as of October 2022.

  • SP2 - Salisbury - £301,500
  • BA13 - Westbury - £332,800
  • BA14 - Trowbridge - £348,500
  • SP4 - Amesbury - £364,900
  • SP1 - Salisbury - £370,100
  • SN12 - Melksham - £389,600
  • SN4 - Swindon - £391,500
  • SN11 - Calne - £395,200
  • SN13 - Corsham - £423,700
  • SN10 - Devizes - £447,500

On the other side of the scale, we recently shared what the most expensive postcodes in the county were.

Zoopla's data showed that the SN8 postcode, which covers Malborough and Avebury, has the highest asking price with a price tag of £677,300.
