Remember, remember it's almost the fifth of November, and Wiltshire is preparing to light up the skies with its annual bonfire and firework displays.

Bonfire night, or Guy Fawkes night as it is traditionally known, is celebrated to remember the failed assassination attempt on the Protestant King James I in 1605.

The attempt was led by Guy Fawkes and his group conspiring to replace the King with a Catholic head of state.

Now, families gather every year to celebrate the occasion with the flashing lights and loud noises of fireworks.

But after supermarkets across the country announced that they would no longer sell fireworks, you have to be organised if you want to catch a fireworks display this year.

We've compiled the ultimate list of all the best bonfire and firework displays in Wiltshire so that you can find your local display and join in the fun.
