Little over a week after Storm Babet caused chaos across Wiltshire, a new storm is on the horizon.
With Storm Ciaran expected to sweep across the South West this week, the Met Office has officially issued yellow rain and wind weather warnings.
The yellow rain warning will be in place from Wednesday, November 1, and will continue until Thursday evening when locals will also see a yellow wind warning in place.
Wiltshire residents have been told to expect winds that could reach up to 90mph.
“Delays or cancellations to train and bus services are possible. Homes and businesses could be flooded, some communities may be cut off by flooded roads, and fast flowing or deep floodwater is possible, causing danger to life,” said a spokesperson for the Met Office.
People living in Wiltshire have also been warned to watch out for flying debris, particularly roof tiles, and power lines that could be brought down.

The Met Office's deputy chief meteorologist Chris Almond said: "Heavy and persistent rain will fall onto already saturated ground bringing a risk of further impacts such as flooding in areas that are already struggling to clean up from the heavy rainfall we have seen over the last week or so."
