A transport technology firm is looking to recruit locally after moving into new Wiltshire offices.

Growing UK company TEG has taken a floor at Bewley House, on Marshfield Road in Chippenham, alongside three international technology firms.

The move will see Siemens relocate their office to a new suite on the ground floor, while TEG will occupy the first floor.

Director of Customer Operations Navid Baghi said the firm was “thrilled” with the move and would now “tap into the abundance of local talent in the area” during their recruitment efforts.

He added: “This strategic move aligns seamlessly with our growth ambitions, and we look forward to harnessing the collective skills and expertise of the community to drive our success.”

The building, just a short distance from the town centre, is owned and operated by commercial property provider HPH.

Managing director Lindsay Holloway believes the move shows that Chippenham’s location places it at the centre of an “international tech boom.”

He added: “We are thrilled to welcome TEG to the building to complement the existing high calibre, high tech international occupiers.

“Chippenham is probably the best M4 town for access to both the main London-Bristol line and the motorway.

“Having continued investment from three global technology giants shows that the town has an awful lot going for it.”
