Emergency services have attended a crash on the M4.
Police cars and an ambulance can be seen at the scene of a crash where a BMW appears to have spun off the carriageway.
One witness told the Times that it looked like someone was receiving medical attention on the side of the road.
They also reported that signs on the Moro way were warning motorists to reduce their speed to 50mph heading towards the incident.
