A significant refurbishment scheme has been completed at a “premier” Wiltshire business park.
Turnpike House, a two-storey office building constructed in Methuen Park, in Chippenham, just over 10-years-ago, has undergone a renovation.
With work now completed, the building at the heart of the office park, is available for immediate occupation.
Property developer Summerfield Commercial, which led the project, said the building is in a “prime location” for potential occupants.

Turnpike House consists of two workspace floors, which can be leased as a whole or on a floor-by-floor basis.
The entire building is also available to buy on a freehold basis.
Both floors are primarily open plan offices and between them boast several meeting rooms, a board room, kitchen and 35 parking spaces.
The building is located near Methuen Park’s host of other commercial properties, including an M&S Foodhall, Costa Coffee, Next, TX Maxx, and two supermarkets.
