Former Hollyoaks star Jennifer Biddall will be hitting the West End at the end of the month playing one of the lead roles in Dreamboats and Petticoats.
Miss Biddall, who grew up in Corsham, has been touring the country playing Sue in the classic musical but she has confessed that she is quite nervous about performing on the West End.
She said: “It was amazing finding out that we are going to be performing in the West End although I’m quite nervous about it because we have new bits to learn as the script keeps being edited.
“When I grew up I didn’t see myself in musicals or even on the West End but to be doing both is amazing. Training is really hard and I haven’t been back home in months or seen my family since my birthday in May, but I love my job and the people I work with so it’s okay.”
The actress will be performing at the Savoy Theatre in London from July 22 alongside Ben Freeman.
