A 44-year-old man was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon and common assault.
It followed an incident in the Haines Road area of Westbury at 11.30pm, during which a man came out of a house allegedly brandishing a pick axe handle and crow bar at three other men.
The arrested man has been bailed until February 12 pending further inquiries.
