On behalf of the whole family we would like to say a special thank you to all the dedicated nurses and carers of Sampford Nursing Home, Melksham, for looking after our dear mum and nan Eileen Crook, who passed away suddenly on January 11.
The staff of Sampford Nursing home cared for Eileen for nine years.
They would always make us feel welcome when we came to visit and always had a friendly smile. We know they loved Eileen very much and will miss her.
Thank you for the lovely photographs taken over the years. We will treasure them.
Thank you for making Eileen's life special and giving her a lovely home. Special thanks to Chrissie, Laura, Maureen and Mary for attending Eileen's service. We will miss seeing you all.
