HAYLEY MUDER TRIAL: HUGO Quintas told Bristol Crown Court his girlfriend had infected him with two sexually transmitted diseases.
He said two days after sleeping with Hayley Richards he had to go to hospital to get treatment for the infections, which he believed were chlamydia and gonorrhoea.
He told Miss Richards she should also get treated but after completing his course of treatment he said he became re-infected.
He said: "She said she went to the hospital as well and was all cleared but she lied to me."
