The case against a Westbury man accused of a series of sex offences has been adjourned. Elvis Barney faces a series of allegations including kidnap, sexual assault on a male and three counts of sexual contact without consent.
No charges were put to the 36-year-old when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court and he did not enter a plea.
The case against Barney, of Queens Court, was adjourned to December 22. He was granted bail on condition he does not contact the complainant or have contact with any men under 18 in public or private.
