PEOPLE with physical disabilities at a residential home in Trowbridge have got into the spirit of the Olympics by holding a sporting contest.
Shaftesbury Court was one of seven homes from around the South West which competed in the mini-Olympics competition in Hampshire last Thursday.
Each home was given a country to represent, with the Trowbridge group representing France.
Karen Seviour, deputy manager, said: “The games are a great for a bit of healthy competition, but mainly to make new friends.”
