Last chance for firework displays
FIREWORKS will be going off in two villages south of Warminster this weekend: Codford’s fireworks display on Saturday has a Cops and Robbers theme.
The gate opens at 5.30pm, the bonfire is lit at 6.45pm, and the main display is at 7.45pm. Adm £5 adults, £2 children, and there is a bar, barbecue and bouncy castle. The fun is all on at the playing field and the village hall, with ample parking.
In nearby Chitterne, on Salisbury Plain on Sunday, the village fireworks display is on the sports field, starting at 6pm.
