MELKSHAM under 11s sealed a double victory against Avonvale, winning the first game 15-5 and the second 20-5.
Both games were very well and fairly contested, but Melksham proved to be too strong for the visitors.
The first match saw both teams play some excellent rugby, with the first half ending with the teams on a try apiece. In the second half Melksham were the stronger adding two further tries to seal the win. Try scorers were: Shai Bonnick, Scott Mortimer and Milo Pearson.
The second match continued with both teams playing excellent rugby but Melksham dominated the game with their superior attacking play,.
Although Avonvale defended well Melksham proved far too strong running in four tries to Avonvale's one.
Tries came from Shai Bonnick, Jack Oatley, Callum Regelous, Cooke, and Scott Mortimer.
