THE Stiffs and Trowbridge Town A shared the points in their Division Two Cup Group A meeting following their goalless draw at St Mary’s.
Calne Eagles first outing in the competition saw the open their account with a 5-3 victory at Warminster Town A.
Liam Gibbens, Leon Lloyd and Adam Clark were on target for a Warminster side who actually took the lead and led 3-2 before Calne hit back to claim the points through goals from Kieron Gleed (two), Adam Welch, Mickey Taraskevics and Shaun Jefferies.
Three Daggers kicked off their Group B campaign with a 6-0 win at Aces FC. Mark Young’s penalty separated the teams at half-time.
Phil Hampson with two and a goal each from Scott Walford, Ryan Underwood and Simon Dolbear made up the winners' half dozen.
A first-half hat-trick from Scott Baker secured Bradford Town Youth a 3-1 victory over Trowbridge Wanderers Development whose second-half reply came from Marcin Olech.
