They were level at 2-2 at half-time, Ashley Lock and Rob Drown netting, and Rich Allum and Stuart Barber restoring parity for Semington, who pulled clear in the second half as Allum completed his hat-trick, Sam Malone netted twice and Bobby Mitchell also scored.
Westbury Cons suffered a 3-2 loss at Corsham Oak.
Andy Woods penalty for Corsham cancelled out Steve Ball’s opener for Westbury. A second for Ball at the start of the second period saw Westbury regain the lead, only for Corsham to level courtesy of Aaron Masson's penalty after Westbury's Lee Causon was sent off for a deliberate handball.
A last-gasp Mike Wilkins effort won it for Corsham.
FC North Wiltshire remain on the coattails of leaders Semington thanks to their 4-1 victory at basement side Sutton Benger, who opened the scoring through Rhys Merriman.
Ashley Fletcher, Cameron Lee's double and Danny Williams turned it around.
Bath Road and White Horse fought out a thrilling 5-5 draw.
Jamie Hancock, Adam Potter, Jake Sainsbury's double and Sean O'Brien scored for Horse, while Ryan Armstrong's hat-trick, Ben Redford and Lee Fernandez helped Road to a point.
