TALENTED young footballers are being urged to contact Corsham Town as the club prepares to launch an U18s team.
The club has arranged for a team made up of players aged 18 and under to play in the Somerset Floodlight League on Thursday evenings.
Plans are already in place regarding the building of a strong youth team with AFC Corsham on side to provide a sustainable and steady flow of young players.
Joe Martin and Matt Ralph will act as joint managers while Dave Wolf Construction has agreed to sponsor the kit.
A club spokesman said: “Our youth team will give the best opportunity for players to make the jump from youth football to men's.
“Jamie Harrison (first-team manager) has done an amazing job developing our youth at Corsham Town, and I believe there’s no better place for young players to advance into senior football.
“We have a good squad of players but are always on the lookout for new talent to join us.”
