WILTSHIRE had to settle for a draw from their three-day Minor Counties championship match against Oxfordshire at Challow and Childrey that finished last night.
Chasing a victory target of 287 in a minimum of 50 overs to claim their first win of the season, Wiltshire finished their second innings on 218 for five to take 12 points to Oxfordshire's nine.
The highlights of Wiltshire's run chase were an innings of 106 by opener Damian Shirazi and 42 not out from vice-captain James Hibberd.
Scores: Oxfordshire 262 and 398 for five declared; Wiltshire 374 for seven (90 overs) and 218 for five.
