WESTBURY UNITED battled hard to earn a point against league leaders Wells City last night.
Paul Brickley's side had Nathan Hallett sent off late in the second half for an off-the-ball incident but held on to earn a draw.
"It's a good point," said Brickley.
"We had the better opportunities but they're a good side and their goalkeeper made some great saves."
It could have been an even better four days for Westbury, who were leading Oldland Abbotonians 3-1 on Saturday before the game was abandoned due to unplayable conditions.
Boss Brickley admits that the referee made the right decision.
