Bride Miss Anna Michelle Horwood has not changed her name after she married Mr Matthew Timothy Deeks at Shaw Church on August 21, for as she is the last of four girls in her family, the couple have opted to use her surname to prevent it dying out.
The bride is the daughter of Roy and Shirley Horwood, of Woodrow Road, Melksham, and the bridegroom is the son of Peter and Glynis Deeks, of Audley Road, Chippenham.
The bride was attended by her three sisters Sharon, Lisa and Claire and the best man was Jamie Windsor-Medley.
The reception was held at the Conigre House Hotel, Melksham, before the couple left for a Venetian honeymoon, travelling to Paris on the Orient Express.
The bride is a nursery nurse at Snapdragons in Melksham, and the bridegroom works for LalPac, a software company in Chippenham.
