Police arrested a drunken man who reported his car stolen, only to find it and drive it home
TROWBRIDGE police officers arrested a drunken man who had reported his car stolen at 11pm in the town centre on Tuesday, only to find it and drive it home.
The man was arrested on suspicion of driving after consuming excess alcohol.
He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
