ESSENTIAL repairs to Trowbridge Town Hall are underway.
Wiltshire Council is currently making repairs to the Grade II listed building to ensure it can continue as an important community hub in the county town.
A comprehensive inspection of the building is also slated to take place to ensure future plans can go ahead.
The works will take place on weekdays between 8am and 5pm and are expected to last for three months.

During this time all planned events and activities will go unaffected by the repairs. A temporary footpath has been installed to ensure pedestrian safety around the works.
Cabinet member for strategic assets, Phil Alford said: “The Town Hall is a much-loved gem in the heart of Trowbridge so it is really important that we look after the fabric of the building to ensure the local community can continue to use and enjoy this facility for many years to come.”
